The company „METALAC“ was founded on January 15th, 1990. and its main activity was the production of the equipment for completing of corn seed from controlled landing, cob transport, cob cleaning to process of drying.

On March 25, 2002. a new company „METALAC 2“ was founded as an extension of the company „METALAC“ and its basic activity is modification of the plastic mass by the process of rotomolding and production of mould for rotational moulding.
